All BTCA members are encouraged to attend this once a year event. Please look for the sign in sheet going around so you can be counted toward the meeting quorum. We hope to see you there! This meeting will be held Friday afternoon and is schedule to start at 2 PM.

BTCA Board meetings will be scheduled as necessary to handle matters pertaining to the Silverwood weekend and general business of the parent club.
